Pastoral Council

The concept of the Parish Pastoral Council  came from the Second Vatican Council.  The Parish Pastoral Council consists of twelve volunteer parishioners who support and counsel the pastor in his leadership role.  The Council meets each month, gathers information about issues of importance in the parish, discusses the parishioners' feelings about the issues and helps the pastor in determining direction.  The most important issue is the spiritual well being of the parish.
