Payment Information
Your payment must accompany completed registration forms. We kindly request that you carefully review and read the entire
Payment Information Document. It contains important details and instructions regarding the payment process, including payment methods, due dates, and any applicable fees. By thoroughly reviewing the document, you can ensure a clear understanding of the payment requirements and avoid any potential confusion or delays. Please note that this year we are accepting 2 different payment options.
Payment Option #1: Full 100 Percent Tuition + Book Fee Included Payment Plan
Payment Option #2: 50/50 Percent Tuition + Book Fee Included Payment Plan
Please ensure that payments are made in the designated amounts as the payment plan you chose. As well as the accepted payment methods listed on the next page.
We will NOT accept any other percentage-based amounts!

Cash
If you are choosing Cash as a form of payment.
Please go to the Parish Office and drop it off. Please ensure you write your full name as well your Child/Children all of their names.
As it will be easier for us to identify who paid and who did not pay.
Check
If you are choosing Check as a form of payment.
Check must be written to (St. John Brebeuf RE)

Online
If you are choosing Online as a form of payment.

Sacramental Operation Fee:
Sacramental Operation Fee Per Child is $150.00.
Applies to students receiving First Communion or Confirmation during the 2023/2024 school year.
Sacramental Operation Fee is due on November 18th, 2023.
Note: $30 Late Fee:
- If you register between September 21st, 2023 - October 7th, 2023, there will be a $30 late fee added to the tuition!
- If you chose the 50% payment plan, and DO NOT pay before the due dates listed above there will be a $30 late fee added to the tuition!
- We will not accept any registrations after October 7th, 2023!
Extreme Hardship:
For families with severe financial difficulties. Please contact the Director of Religious Education, Krystyna Wojcik-Majka, to arrange a discount and/or payment plan.
