Rite of Christian Initiation-RCIA

We welcome people of all ages into our faith community. RCIA is bringing the “Good News” alive in the modern world. The process for becoming Catholic as an adult is known as the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. The RCIA describes a process in which men and women are guided and cared for as they awaken in faith and are gradually introduced to the Catholic way of life. The RCIA process is a series of stages, marked by liturgical rites in the presence of the whole community, in which new Catholics embark on and join us in a continuing and deepening conversion into faith and discipleship. Please contact the rectory, if you are interested in this program.

Marriage

Weddings are both beautiful and sacred. We advise you to contact a priest at the rectory, before making any other wedding arrangements. Reservations must be made at least four months in advance, in order to allow time to fulfill all of your sacramental needs. Careful consideration is given to each individual for preparation to experience the Sacrament of Marriage. Weddings are generally scheduled for Saturdays at either 1:00 or 3:00 PM. Other times may be available at the Pastor’s discretion.

Anointing of the Sick

The sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is intended for people needing the healing and strengthening power of Christ, during times of serious illness and aging. An Anointing Service is held each Spring and Fall; followed by a light lunch in the Ministry Center. If needed in an emergency situation, please contact the rectory to make arrangements for a visit.
